Oven Baked Honey Basil Salmon

Loaded Breakfast Meatballs

These are a family favorite!!! We always have some in the freezer to heat up for a quick breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound bacon, cooked
2 hard boiled eggs
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
1 raw egg
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup shredded cheese

 

COOKING STEPS

 

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2: Chop hard boiled eggs and bacon into small pieces.

STEP 3: Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until combined.

STEP 4: Roll about 1 Tablespoon of mixture into a small ball and place on rimmed baking sheet.

STEP 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the centers reach 165°F.
